Generally speaking you can figure one-third of this goes to actual hosting and e-mail support, another third goes to support and maintenance of CyberNerdz's Content Management System and one-third is a retainer to make sure you get the support you deserve. Generally we do not charge for standard technical support and small changes to your web site. We do not want to nickel and dime you, but we do want to give you and your company a hassle free experience when it comes to your web site. We want you to focus on what you do well and be comfortable in the fact that CyberNerdz is taking care of your online marketing presence.
